College Bound provides promising students from under-resourced backgrounds with the academic enrichment, workforce development, social supports, and life skills needed to apply, matriculate, and succeed in four year colleges and careers. In 2006, two school districts approved the CB program, and 36 students placed their hopes for a better future in College Bound.
